50-50

It's been quite a while since I added to my 100 Things, which I started in honor of my 100th post. If I'm not careful I won't get it done before my 200th post. If you're new here and you want to see numbers 100-61, you can look here, here, here, and here.

60. I don't like for my shoulders or my collarbone to be cold.

59. I hold my breath when I read. My mom always used to ask me what I was sighing about but really I was just catching up on my breathing.

58. I'm a huuugggee baseball fan. Well, I myself am not huge, but I really do love baseball.

57. And football. Especially college football, though lately I do find myself watching the pros as well.

56. I've never seen any of The Godfather movies.

55. Yet I can quote Valley Girl line for line.

54. Other than a layover in the San Francisco airport, I've never been west of Dallas, TX.

53. If I were 15 years younger I would probably get my nose pierced.

52. I don't really like ice cream. I will eat it occasionally, but I don't crave it.

51. I used to want six or seven kids. Until I had one.

And there we go. We're halfway to the finish line. I think I got my second wind. I'm gonna need it for this weekend. We're having a yardsale at which I will try to talk people in buying the crap that I don't want anymore.

I wanted like 12 kids too! Nay, nay. Two will be quite enough, thankyouverymuch.

And I hate mob movies.

And I don't LURVE ice cream either. I'll eat it, but I'd rather have a brownie or a rice krispie treat or a big warm cookie.

I have to ask...where were you going and on what airline that you had a layover in San Francisco but were not west of the Mississippi??? Yikes! Talk about going way out of your way!

I hold my breath when I get in the shower and when I get into bed, even when the bed isn't cold.

I'm with you on 57 & 51. Totally.

Most of the time I'm not even aware that I have collarbones. And a world without ice cream?--would be desolate. But I do find myself holding my breath alot-interesting...

ps:
Somoas and Tagalongs are my faves too! I've been eating them for every meal.

I'm not into ice cream much either. I'll eat it, but only as an alternative.

Good luck with the yard sale! How fun - go make tons of money.

I did MY hundred things about my wedding...it was easy to whip it out, I had so much to complain about/obsess over!
does that count as a silver lining?

WHAT?!?!? Did I read that right? You've never seen any of the Godfather movies? o. m. g. Do me a favor. When you have about 3 hours to kill, please rent the first one. It's like the best movie ever.

Colleen -- we were on our way to Thailand.

Tootsie -- I KNOW! I'm terrible. I've seen parts of it -- in fact I've probably seen the entire movie, just not from beginning to end. I'm like culturally stunted b/c I haven't seen it.

How can you not love ice cream? I can't understand that, but I am envious. Without ice cream I could probably get back into some of the clothes that I should probably give away too. But I get you on the shoulders and collarbone being cold. For me it is the back of my arms. I can not bear it. It makes me feel cold all over.

I've never seen the Godfather movies either. Are they going to take away my movie passes for that?

I was just about to ask the same question about the flight. I supposed since you've been to Thailand, you have been west of Dallas, just depends on which way you're going. :P Oh you mean in the US. I'm just sayin'.

I'm pretty sure the godfather AND star wars were a prerequisite for my marriage so I've seen all of them quite a lot. They are good but three to nine spare hours is hard to come by these days. They are one of the rare exceptions where the movie is much, much better than the book however.

I haven't seen a single second of any of the Godfather movies. Or Valley Girl. Obviously, I don't watch many movies.

Having a kid is the best kind of birth control there is, isn't it!?!

I just found this website for making your own Girl Scout Cookies. I haven't made them yet- but it seems like a good idea!

I've never watched any of the Godfather movies either. But, girl, we totally have to get together to watch Valley Girl! That movie rocked my world when I was 14-ish. Nicolas Cage was like totally hot in that movie, fer sure. Not so much anymore. Gag me.
