Okay, I know I said I was done, but I lied. But really, you'll thank me for this.
I just finished baking 4 dozen chocolate chocolate-chip cookies -- FROM SCRATCH! (applause, applause). Thank yuh. Thank yuh verruh much!
Anyhoo, I also just made the most delicious hot artichoke dip ever created. I can't take any credit for it or anything. It is one of the easiest recipes on earth and I'm just following the directions. But I thought I would share it with you guys because I love you so much. If you don't already have this recipe, you MUST try it.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup jack cheese
1- 4 oz can of chopped green chilies
1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained.
Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Eat with copious amounts of Fritos.
Enjoy!!!
By the way, if I keep eating like I have over the past couple of days, there's no way I'm fitting in the Hallelujah Jeans, as Burgh Baby's Mom has so aptly dubbed them!

We must be on parallel universes. I made 12 dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies! Of course, I did this over the course of a few days and most of the are going to the Children's Hospital, but still! It was a lot of work, but so worth it when people were oooohing and aaaahing over my cookies at work today!
When made with love, they really do taste better than from a tube!
I'm going to have to try the recipe. I love me some artichokes. It will have to wait, however, until I'm done stuffing my face with 15,000 cookies. I love Christmas!
Oooohhh! I haven't tried it with the green chilis! Hot artichoke dip is the bomb! And also equally yummy with ripped up chunks of baguette.
I love carbs.
YUM. Artichoke dip was one of my things last year that I just kept serving to my in-laws (luckily they liked it). Is this jalepeno-jack cheese or no jalepenos? I guess it doesn't really matter, either way= CHEESE. Thanks for sharing!
mmmmm!!! can't wait to try that dip...Im a total sucker for anything with artichokes in it.
What kind of cookies did you make?? Stop on over and see my cookies at full hands...i know youre gonna be jealous ;).
I am impressed by the cookies. If I liked artichokes (blech) I'm sure that dip would be yummy. ;)
I jumped over from Laurels blog - I can't wait to try this recipe. I LOVE artichoke dip! Thanks!
This dip sounds yummy and easy to make--my two qualifications for cooking! (Except the holiday baking. I will be doing dozens of cookies, truffles and other sweets this weekend.)
That sounds awesome! Maybe my kids will eat that since it's not Puppy Chow. My SIL makes something similar but refuses to share the recipe. Thanks!
Congratulations! I haven't finished frosting the 24 gingerbread men I made. I am just a flunkie this year. That dip recipe sounds great and ever so less complicated than the one I was going to try.
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas, Madame!
I know you're taking a break but I tagged you with a meme for when you return. If you have the time...
oh yum!
merry christmas to ME!
Found your site from Tootsie Farklepants' - just stopped by to say hi.
That artichoke dip sounds great!
