He's 8. I don't know if I was more floored by his sensitivity or the fact that he told me.Tootsie Farklepantshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18336671002327112885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7215479305770760888.post-73588201799597124452008-09-12T22:26:00.000-04:002008-09-12T22:26:00.000-04:00May we never forget. I was pregnant with Birdie at the time and feeling so despondent about bringing a little life into a world that had seemed to turn upside down. You said, "Well, it's actually a good thing [having a baby] because you're helping to tip the balance toward the good side." I was more comforted by that than you could possibly know, and have thought about your words again and again whenever the world seems crazy and I look at my sweet children. What a terrible time that was and what a blessing that we are all still here. Thank you for this lovely post of remembrance for 9/11.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16212526267722423764noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7215479305770760888.post-31018651341700660702008-09-12T09:57:00.000-04:002008-09-12T09:57:00.000-04:00I have goosebumps.
